Giving the employee administration out of hands and decreasing the employer risk were some of the biggest advantages of a payroll partner for Debesus.
The collaboration between Debesus and JAM! works well. ‘JAM! is always right there when we hire someone new and wage costs can be separated into different bv’s and facturated,’ Marjolein says. On top of that, JAM! also takes over the salary administration of Debesus. Marjolein says: ‘JAM! is responsible for all handelings of facturations and salary administration.’
Marjolein is also positive about the fact that JAM! has their own pool of candidates available for their clients. ‘I think it’s good JAM! also does their own recruitment, and that we get to select candidates via JAM!.’
